IBEW, Local Union 111 Dispatch Procedures for taking a Referral in Local Union 111’s Jurisdiction 
1. Prior to requesting a job, make sure you have Signed the Books following the instructions on “How to Sign the Books for Local Union 111.”
‍2. All jobs are posted on IBEW, Local Union 111’s website at www.ibew111.org under the Dispatch Tab. It is updated Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, by 4:00 p.m. (MST) for the following workday’s Dispatch.
3. To request a job, call (303) 398-7348 between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. (MST). Clearly state your name, phone number, and the job you are interested in.
‍4.  Dispatch hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.
‍5. Every morning the messages are recorded and ordered by position on the Available for Work List (i.e. Books).
‍6. At 7:30 a.m. we call starting at the top of the List based on Book status.
‍7. If there is no answer the job will be offered to the next person on the List.
‍8. If you do not receive a call, the position was filled by someone higher on the Available for Work List.

Roll call is the first working day of the following months. January/April/July/October. Requests shall only be recognized when received no earlier than the last 5 working days of the month. Emails or fax received the day of Roll Call will be added to the bottom of the list in the order received.
